Nationality Requirements
Citizen of India, or subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugee (before 1.1.1962), or PIO from specified countries

Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
Officer Scale I: 18 – 30 years
Officer Scale II: 21 – 32 years
Officer Scale III: 21 – 40 years

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Office Assistant: Graduate in any discipline + Local language proficiency
- Officer Scale I: Graduate (preference: Agri, IT, Law, Management, etc.)
- Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Graduate with 50% + 2 yrs experience
Officer Scale II (Specialists):
- IT Officer – B.Tech/BE (50%) + 1 yr exp
- CA – 1 yr as CA
- Law Officer – Law degree (50%) + 2 yrs exp
- Treasury Manager – CA/MBA Finance + 1 yr exp
- Marketing Officer – MBA Marketing + 1 yr exp
- Agriculture Officer – Graduate in Agri fields (50%) + 2 yrs exp
