Eligibility Criteria for IFSCA Assistant Manager 2025
For General Stream
Master’s in Computer Application/ Information Technology, or
Master’s Degree with specialization in Statistics/ Economics/Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance) / Econometrics, or
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/, or
Bachelor’s degree in commerce with CA, CFA, CS, and ICWA. Bachelor’s degree in Law or in any other discipline from a recognized University.
Legal Stream –
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
IT Stream –
Bachelor’s in IT/CS/MCA
Age Limit (as on 25.09.2025)
Maximum: 30 years
Relaxation
SC/ST – 5 years
OBC (NCL) – 3 years
PwBD – 10 years (13 yrs for OBC PwBD, 15 yrs for SC/ST PwBD)

IFSCA Assistant Manager 2025 Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹62,500 – ₹1,26,100 (17 years)
Gross Pay (Approx.): ₹1,80,000/month (including allowances, NPS, DA, HRA, etc.)
Probation: 2 years
